last movie i watch…”Joint Security Area”
okay basically this is not consider as movie for certain person coz it was produce in 2000 n i just watch it last nite at SBS…
As some of you know, i dont like korean movie or drama…at all…don’t ask…
Anyhow, last nite i cant sleep like every other nite n im bored so i watch this movie title “Joint Security Area”(translate title i think)…n i think its good…
it a story about the consequences of many think…we all know that korea is divided into 2, north n south and there are a border that being guard by its army…each side has a station and 2 guards…it a same guard everynite…the story begins when this 2 north korean guards help south korean guard on one ocassion that include mine bomb…so they become frens thru letter at first by throwing the letters to each other station every nite…the station is pretty close just a river as a devider…until the south korean guard step into the north korean station one day n they keep on meeting each other everynite…all four of them become good frens n they never talk about war during meeting but they talk about life, play togather…good for them…until one nite, 1 north korean commander arrive unannounce to inspect the station…gunfire being shots…and one of the north korean guard is dead…so all hell broke lose…there are investigation that being done by a special department where they can go to each border…the guards tell different statements yet the evidence help each of the side…in the end 2 of the guards commit suicide because of frenship and only one person live but he’s being discharged from the army…try to look up for this story…its good…really good…its a lil bit sad…but the story is very good…
I like the story because it shows that the memories last forever but circumstances can change it course into something that we cant face…we will always wish that we can froze the time where we r happy togather and the worries of the world leave the room…we just being a group of people that having a good time….i personally recommend this movie…i give it 8 out of 10…
